Key Silence Product Service and Repair Instructions
Please read the following information carefully and follow the instructions provided.
Assigning a Return Number: You must obtain a Return Number before sending any item to our factory. We cannot accept products for repair or service without one.
Priority:
Products still under warranty will receive priority service.
Obtaining the Return Number: Upon receipt of your request, you will be assigned a Return Number along with detailed shipping instructions.
Return Procedure for Service/Repair:
1. Initial Contact: Contact us by email at assistenza@keysilence.com, providing the model and serial number of the product, as well as a brief description of the problem, to receive a Return Number. Please use email communication only.
2. Filling out and sending the form: After receiving the Return Number, complete the Key Silence Repair Form that will be sent to you and send it via email. Please print and attach a copy of the form with your Key Silence product.
3. Product preparation: Make sure the unit is clean, possibly using a damp cloth without soap, and be careful not to damage the silkscreened and/or printed parts.
4. Packaging: Pack your Key Silence product preferably using the original box and packaging. Make sure to use adequate protection around the unit before placing it in a suitably sized box.
5. Shipping: Place the Return Note in the box and write your name and the Return Number on the outside of the box. Send it to the address indicated. The Return Number will be valid for 10 days; make sure to ship the product within this period.
Service times:Repair services generally take 4-6 weeks, although we strive to complete the work as quickly as possible.
Check and Test:Before leaving our factory, all products undergo a full specification check and function test.
Please note:If a Key Silence product is returned in poor condition or has been modified, we will not be able to repair or service the unit.
